So get all your loose and comfortable clothes to allow you to move your body easily. All the stretching entails a full range of motion of your limbs so your clothes must be loose enough to allow that movement, and tight enough to avoid embarrassing situations as you might bend a lot. You don’t want your exercise buddies to see some censored parts, right? LOL!
