Guyam Island



One of the much visited holiday destination in Siargao is Guyam Island, and is one of the popular island aside from Daku and Naked Island. Usually, tourist just laze around the beach or have a picnic. Its picturesque view deserves a place on your Instagram feed. Entrance at the islet is for 10 pesos.


Magpupungko Rock Pools

The Magpupungko Rocks Pools, located at the municipality of Pilar, is an awesome spot for adrenaline junkies. Here, you can go cliff jumping or go have some picnic. We recommend you go wear some water shoes as rocks here are sharp and very jagged.


Tayangban Cave Pool

To get here, you need to drive 30 minutes from General Luna. This place is famous for being remote, and its exclusivity. Travelers get to swim into dark caves with torches are your only source of light, and some few lights entering the cave. There’s also plenty of vines hanging outside the caves, making the whole vibe you’re into a tomb raid movie of sort.

On the other hand, Jacking Horse, located at the corner of Cloud 9 break, are perfect for those just beginning to surf.


How To Get There

From Manila, book a flight going to to Cebu. Afterwards, take a flight to Sayak Airport in Siargao. Cebu Pacific has daily flights from Manila to Siargao via Cebu City.
