Formerly known as 21 Demands before 2012, Kodaline is made up of lead vocalist Steve Garrigan, lead guitar Mark Prendergast, drummer Vincent May, and bass guitarist Jason Boland.

Garrigan and Prendergast grew up in Swords, Dublin and have known each other since childhood. Both attended secondary school at Colaiste Choilm, where they participated in battles of the bands.

As 21 Demands

The band have already been active since 2005 and first came to attention in November 2006, when they participated in the fifth series of RTE talent show, You’re a Star and finished as the series’ runners-up. On 3 March 2007, 21 Demands released their own single called “Give Me a Minute” through digital7 downloads on the RTÉ website. They made chart history when the single topped the Irish Singles Chart, becoming the first independently released track to achieve this feat. 21 Demands also wrote “One of Those Days”, which they played on the Irish YouTube channel Balcony TV.

As Kodaline

After adopting their current band name in 2012, they released their first album, In A Perfect World, which broke in to the mainstream music industry in 2013. The album garnered numerous features in famous movies and shows such as Love Rosie, Grey’s Anatomy, The Fault in Our Stars, and many more.

After a successful stint with their album, In A Perfect World, their second album, Coming Up For Air, proved to be a slop as its records were overlapped by the initial album.

Last September, they unveiled their latest album, Politics of Living, which includes the single, “Follow You Fire.” This 2019 tour has taken the band across Europe and North America and will bring them to Australia, South Korean, and Singapore this year!

Ticket prices for the one-night show are as follows:
